What is section 4.4 (in 1.07.006) 'CO Calling Pattern Description' for? It does not describe thec calling pattern - whatever that might be. It does not even refer to a description elsewhere. It is simply a list of debatable points that appear to be trying to justify some decision that was taken a long time ago in history.
I do not think this section adds anything useful to the document and it should be removed.
